Amarillo is a 10 yr old true blue roan gelding that is very well broke to ride. He stands 15.1 hands tall and he is gentle and very well broke to ride, he rides great in and outside of the arena, he neckreins, sidepasses and picks up both his leads and is soft in the bit. Amarillo is laid back and gentle and easy to ride for about anybody!
Amarillo is a seasoned trail horse , he goes thro water, over logs and about wherever you point him with no problems. My boys can get him out and lead him all around and ride him in the arena, hes very level headed and he doesnt easily get rattled. We have exposed Amarillo to tarps, bouncy balls and we have carried the American flag on him. We have taken him to town down the main highway and have ridden him into the local hardware store. Amarillo does well inside or turned out in a mixed herd . Amarillo stands to be tacked and mounted, and to be bathed and stands great for the farrier. Amarillo rides the same everyday you ride him and has a willing to please attitude.
