Charlie is truly a saint! One of the best we’ve had the chance to ride, he’s taught and gave our daughter so much! Charlie is a man of many hats and truly good at everything one needs a horse for.
Charlie is a trained in the reining and has been shown successfully by youth and amateur riders. He was next transitioned to ranch versatility and has also been shown in the boxing. Charlie is EASY, if you can hold the reins you can show him and win. He’d be great for cowhorse shows as well.
We’ve used Charlie on the ranch and to trail ride lots as well. We have branded and gathered on him. Charlie is real cowy and is very fun to sort on. Our daughter takes him on lots of trail rides all over the neighborhood and is safe!!
Charlie has been to the junior rodeos with our daughter and has helped her gain confidence in her riding. He’s not a high powered barrel horse but he has trotted and slow loped around them hundreds and hundreds of times. He’s never gets crabby, never refuses and isn’t one bit gate sour.
