Boone is a wonderful 10 yr. old, 15.2h gelding. Boone has been a using ranch horse his whole life. He will gladly go out and do a days work or just walk down the trails taking in the scenery. I don’t think there will be much of anything this gelding hasn’t seen or done. Excellent ground manners, saddles up and rides off quietly. Stands quietly for the vet and farrier and he enjoys bath time. Very gentle and easy walk, jog and lope. Backs up quiet and correct. Easy stop and great fast or slow turn around. You can turn him on and off like a light switch. He will get up and go for an experienced rider or he will go slow and steady for the less experienced riders. He’s got a smooth jog and a really nice smooth lope. We’ve ridden him bareback, english and western. And of course went over the jumps.
Boone has also been on the cross country courses! He absolutely loved it! He’s very brave to a jump!
Absolutely nothing bothers him. Gets along with mares and geldings in the pasture. Literally will self-load! Just point him and he jumps in the trailer. He also hauls to new places and minds his manners. He also sells with a certificate of soundness and vaccinations.
Brand new coggins and health certificate in hand.
Also UTD on farrier!
