Hick is a very versatile horse in many aspects. He is great on the ranch doing anything from gathering to sorting cattle. He has many wins in the barrels, poles, and gymkhanas. He rides well in the arena, knows his leads and lead changes. He is equally great out on the trail for anyone. He is great to catch, stands for tacking and untacking. Great for the farrier, loads and unloads like one should. Great in the pasture with others. He sits well, same horse every ride. He is one the children love to go to. We use him for guests with little experience. He is great out on the trail as well. He is a point and go horse. Nothing fazes him; traffic safe, water, bridges, atvs, bicycles, and wildlife.
