DD Royal Quincy Doc, “Quincy,” is a 4-year-old AQHA gelding with professional training and a solid foundation.
Quincy rides one-handed, neck reins, is very light in the face and responsive to his cues. He is quick-footed, athletic and handy with a lot of feel. He has been ridden out in open country, worked around cattle, crosses water and has dragged different objects.
He has exceptional ground manners, loads well, stands tied, stands to mount and is good with his feet. Currently shod on all four.
Quincy is nicely bred with strong cow-horse, ranch and reining influence. I think he has the foundation and athletic ability to make a really nice ranch versatility, ranch riding, sorting or cow-horse prospect with continued training.
He is well beyond green broke and has a great foundation. At only 4 years old, he will continue to benefit from consistent riding and someone who wants to continue his education.
Selling because I can't currently give him the consistent riding and job he deserves. May consider the right trade for an older, seasoned gelding.
