Western is sweet, sensible, and lovable! At just 4 years old, this handsome bay gelding stands a solid 16 hands and already shows the maturity and kindness of an old soul.
Western is as easy to have around as they come. He’s the first to meet you at the gate, easy to catch in the pasture, and the low man in the herd. In the barn, he absolutely adores his stall time and is known as the deepest sleeper in the whole place (we’ve even had to wake him up to make sure he’s not snoozing too hard 🫣). His quiet, gentle nature makes him a favorite among everyone who handles him.
True to his name, Western is confident under saddle in both English and western tack. He loves riding outside, whether it’s trails, pastures, or obstacle courses, and takes everything in stride. He’s been exposed to sheep, goats, cows, llamas, deer, dogs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and even a zedonk—proof of his level head and steady temperament.
As an English prospect, Western has been started over jumps and is schooling lead changes. Soft in the bridle with a natural ability to carry himself, he’s already developing the balance and movement to stand out in the arena. His versatility makes him a fantastic candidate for a wide variety of disciplines.
Western is the same horse whether he’s ridden every day or just once in a while. No drama, no silliness—just a reliable, willing partner who’s always ready for the next ride. For a young horse, his steady brain and trainable mind are what set him apart.
He is current on farrier, dental, and all routine care.
