Take a look at him! DJ is a 4 yr old grey gelding standing at 14.3 hands weighing 1200 lbs. DJ is a sight to see that is for sure! He has a gorgeous grey coat with dapples, and confirmation you could look at all day. He has a solid thick neck, solid clean legs, big hip, and a great top line! Not only does he have looks but he has a great personality! He is very friendly and curious to people and horses and gets along with everyone! He is always looking for attention as soon as you walk in the barn!
DJ is just as great under saddle he was started correct and rides around correct! He has a great stop, great backup, and turnaround. He is very soft in the face and can get rode in any bit. He is the definition of a ranch horse he was used on a big ranch in New Mexico for many months so he knows what a long work day is! He has doctored wheat cattle, gathered cattle, roped off of, check fences, and anything that needs to get done that day! He has also been rode by my younger brothers for miles and miles of trails. He’s crossed over rivers, logs, ditches, brush, muck, and badlands territory without a bat in the eye. He is as good of a ranch horse as he is a trail horse!
He has also spent time with a reining trainer so he truly a dream to ride in or out of the arena. This horse is truly a package deal.
