At just 5 years old, this handsome AQHA buckskin gelding is already packed with everything you’d want in a lifelong partner. Money is the first to meet you at the gate, love shining in his eyes, and he’s always eager for your attention.
Money is bred amazing. He has all the old great foundation bred horses in his lineage such as Bob Acre Doc, Smart Little Lena, Dry Doc and many more!
He’s been in consistent training at the ranch and is thriving in every way. Whether it’s crossing water, navigating traffic, working cows or heading out on long trail rides, Money takes it all in stride. He’s calm, confident, and not spooky. Picks up his leads super easy, starting to have a nice spin, neck reins with one finger and has a nice stop. He has been tracking the heeling dummy and has been roped off of in the pasture. Money could easily make a jam up heel/Breakaway roping horse overnight. He literally does anything you ask him to do!
He loads and unloads easily, stands quietly for the farrier, and even enjoys bath time!
Money has been ridden English and Western, and he’s just as content gathering cows as he is strolling down the Brazos River. He would make an excellent therapy horse with his sweet nature. He stands for mounting, and whether you ride him every day or leave him for a few weeks, he always picks up right where you left off. Absolutely NOTHING bothers him. The list is endless as to what he would do!
This gelding is a true family-friendly horse—gentle, laid-back, and absolutely full of heart. His soft expression and kind demeanor say it all: he’s just like a big puppy dog.
