At 6 years old and a solid 14.3 hands, he’s the perfect size: big enough to get the job done, small enough that he never leaves you feeling over-horsed. In the arena he’s broke, soft, and just plain fun to ride. He neck reins like a pro, picks up both leads, lopes smooth collected circles, backs up sweetly, and turns around on a dime. Ask him to stop and he’ll gladly plant that butt in the dirt with a nice slide. Responsive and athletic without being hot or complicated — the kind you can enjoy even if your riding days are more “weekend warrior” than “rodeo pro.” He’s also showing real talent on the heel side.
