Doc is a registered 6 year old bay roan quarter horse gelding! Doc stands 14.1 hands and is the definition of family safe!
Doc is going to be more woah than go, he rides well in the arena, he catches both leads, has a smooth jog and rides one handed on a loose rein! We have had all types of riders on him, novice, timid and experienced riders. Doc is patient and kind, and knows how to take a joke.
Doc rides out on the trail in confidence and will ride solo or in a group, he has no spook and is sure footed out on the rocky and steep trails. We have taken Doc to town and he isn’t phased by the chaotic town shenanigans, he has no spook to trash trucks, heavy street traffic or barking dogs.
Doc loads in a trailer with ease and unloads like a champ at new places. Doc has been used out on the ranch and knows all the aspects of daily ranch chores. Doc has been started on the heel side and will track the dummy.
Doc is easy to catch in his pen, and loves to be groomed and pampered, he has a puppy dog personality and loves all the attention he can get. He stands tied quiet, great for the farrier and waits to be saddled patiently. He sells with a current Coggins and Health and Lameness exam.
