“Leo” is a big, shapey 7 year old AQHA gelding. He stands 15.2 hands. This beautiful grulla gelding turns heads everywhere he goes!
Leo is broke & is as honest as they come. He is easy to get along with, uncomplicated to ride. Leo has all the buttons you could ever need- he is nicely broke with a good handle. Neck reins, collects up, moves off of leg pressure & picks up all gaits. He knows his leads ,has a nice smooth stop & gorgeous lope! Rides English or western.
Leo has been rode out on trails in big groups or alone and in the arena, he’ll pack a rider wherever they point him. Leo is level headed & nothing phases him! He is a ranch horse deluxe- we have used him to doctor cattle in the pasture, gather and work in the sale barn. He knows a hard days work and is eager to please.
Leo loves attention and has the best personality. Stands quietly to be saddled, easy to bridle & stands perfectly still to be mounted. He will not walk off or rush you to get on, he is extremely patient & is happy to wait. Sound, in great shape and ready to move into your barn!
