Slick! Stunning 8yo AQHA bay roan gelding standing 14.2hh and built like a tank. Slick has the coloring and over all well kept look about him because he has truly been taken care of. He has great feet, clean legs, and is healthy all the way around. With that being said pretty and sound isn’t the only thing going for him. Slick has a very docile demeanor. He is safe and easy going. Leave him off a while, get back on him and there’s no funny business. Absolutely no buck or cinchy to him. Slick was broke and started the correct way in the beginning. He breaks at the poll very nice, neck reins, w/t/l, will move out at a walk if asked but also will go as slow as you ask collected. He has a really great attitude to him and always has his ears forward and pays attention to what you’re asking him. Slick is safe as a backyard family horse but also could go in any direction, ranch classes, trail course, rope pen, etc. He is broke enough to be a prospect for whatever you choose. He has a great handle/ turn around. Very soft in the face as well. He will short lope both directions and has a very collected way about him. Had 1 owner the last 5 years. Slick has been hauled out on trails and ridden near road traffic. Stands great for the farrier. Very easy to catch whether in a stall or big pasture.
