Ginger Ale is an AQHA registered stunning red dun mare complete with zebra stripes. She is just 7 yr old and stands 14.3 hands tall. She is one of those impossible to find REALLY FANCY BROKE ONES plus has the sweetest, old soul, been-there-done-that personality. Absolutely anyone can get along with this amazing mare.
She rides the very best. Of course she has all the fancy buttons to spin around and slide to a stop. But she will go as fast or as slow as you want her to go. She is the kind you can really enjoy riding and know you can’t screw up. You can catch her fresh out of the pasture and go. Ginger Ale does not need to be tuned up or warmed up. She will cross water, cross bridges, has been rode in every kind of terrain.
Ginger Ale is not scared of a hard days work. She has been used in a feed yard moving calves back and forth from pen to pen. She can slow lope on the hood of your pick up (a saying I hear a lot and perfectly described her perfect little hobby horse lope). She will side pass up to gate so you can open and close them off her back. She has had some roping done her to doctor the calves on the pens. Lightly started in the arena out of a box. She is so smart, athletic, and talented. She picks up anything you show her. You really could go any direction with her. But she is also perfectly content being a good solid family ranch horse. She has the most gentle kind natured personality. To be around her is to love her. Ginger Ale is absolutely a favorite among everyone that meets her.
Ginger Ale is a super easy keeper. Requires no maintenance of any kind. No special feed or supplements. She can go bare foot or put shoes on her. She has excellent hooves. She gets along great with other horses. She is not mean to other horses or marish. You can stall her or turn her out. Doesn’t matter to her. She sells 100% sounds with no issues whatsoever.
