Journey is a sweet, friendly and willing mare to work with. Easy to be around, great to catch, and a joy to ride. Good for the farrier. UTD on coggins and health. Walk/jog/lopes with ease, great body control - hind quarters, forequarters, ribcage. Simple lead change, side pass, open/close gates, swing a rope, drag a log, carry a flag.
She has nearly 100 miles riding outside and on the mountain this summer and has been used to push cattle, riding alone or with a group, front of the line or back of the pack, she is happy to go.
She has continued her training throughout the winter and is a solid ride. Rides in a bridle one handed.
Journey is amateur friendly and gets along well with youth that have some experience.
