Liebenswerter aufmerksamer gekörter Junghengst Cremello-Overo

Rasin is a 1.56-meter tall partbred Arabian; a gentle, interested, and people-oriented stallion. I bought him when my life and living circumstances were different from what they are now, as I was considering him as a future breeding stallion. Since he is a homozygous cremello for the cream gene, he is very interesting for color breeding. He has already sired several healthy palomino foals. Additionally, he carries the Overo spotting gene, which is heterozygous. It is important to choose mares that do NOT carry Overo.

Rasin is uncomplicated, appropriately "playful" for his age, and was gently started under saddle six months ago. He enjoys going out on trails with a confident rider. His gaits are very comfortable, and he is soft to sit on. In the arena, he can also be ridden by less experienced riders. He enjoys jumping and does so well, making him an all-rounder.

Rasin is used to standing next to mares, either tied or in the stable, and he always knows that the human is the boss when he is led or ridden. However, he is still young, and as a stallion, he reacts as he "is allowed" to when a mare in heat raises her tail in front of him. His desire to breed is within normal limits and very natural, as he has grown up in a mixed herd with me and has learned the body language and distance requirements of mares early on. He can even be led by small children.

I hope he can remain a stallion because he is truly well-behaved and easy to handle. Since keeping stallions in boarding stables in Switzerland is rather problematic to impossible, I wish for him to find a small private hobby breeding situation or simply someone who appreciates stallions because they are indeed something special.
