The Reims Synthetic Dressage Saddle offers cutting-edge design for the modern dressage rider, combining lightweight performance, easy maintenance, and customisable fit. Crafted from high-quality synthetic leather, this saddle delivers the look and durability of traditional leather, without the extra upkeep. Its abrasion-resistant surface ensures long-lasting use through everyday training and competition.

Purpose-built for dressage training and performance, the Reims features a deep seat, supportive cantle, and large knee blocks for optimal rider alignment and leg stability. The monoflap design allows for a closer connection and more refined communication between horse and rider, making it a popular choice among both dressage professionals and eventers.

Built on a KLL polypropylene copolymer tree, known for its strength, lightweight structure and stress crack resistance, this saddle is both robust and adaptable. It is compatible with KLL gullet plates and comes fitted with a Medium/Wide gullet as standard. The PE Interchangeable Gullet System enables you to adjust the fit easily as your horse’s shape changes, without the cost of a new saddle. For best results, use the PE Gullet Gauge to select the correct size.

Further information

Our founder, James Thornton, spent 20 years as a competitive show jumper before turning his passion into a craft. He knows what a poorly fitting saddle does to a horse — the muscle tension, the resistance, the quiet suffering. And he knows the transformation that happens when everything is right: the horse moves freely, the rider sits deeper, and the communication between them becomes effortless. That vision drives everything we make.
