Blackjack is a 4 yr old draft cross gelding that stands a handy 15.1 hands and is build to last a lifetime. He has the density of a draft horse but carries himself like a quarter horse and takes everything you throw at him like a champ!

Blackjack was born right here on our farm and has been part of our family since day one. His sire was a big beautiful blue roan Percheron that we also raised and trained and his dam is a cute little black mare that has produced some outstanding offsprings.
Blackjack has always been very easy to train and has always been in very good hands, He is very responsive to your hands and feet and has beautiful flowing gaits and smooth transitions while also giving you that solid ride that the draft crosses are known for,He stands to be groomed and saddled and is good for the farrier. Blackjack has been exposed to all kinds of farm machinery including bicycles, dogs, ponys, tarps, bouncy balls and numerous other things. He rides both English , western or bareback and is also broke to pull the carriage if you want to go on a Sunday cruise.
Blackjack sells 100 percent sound and has never had any health issues. We are happy to answer any questions you may have or you can come and take him for a test ride!
