Monkey is one of the coolest horses we have had the pleasure to own. He is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful in person and turns heads everywhere he goes. He is four years old with the mentality of an old soul. He has an excellent foundation and the potential to excel in any discipline you choose. Monkey has seen lots of miles of countryside, moved cattle, been on organized trail rides, has been ridden at the state park, played around the barrels and poles, used to give lessons on, and has taken everything in stride that we've asked of him. We have ridden him double, bareback, sideways, and crawled all over this guy. He is such a sweetheart to be around and craves attention. He is great to trailer/tie/bathe/saddle etc. Monkey is good around dogs/traffic/farm equipment etc. He will move off of leg pressure, pick up his leads, lope nice circles and has a big stop. We have swung a rope off of him, drug barrels behind him, watered the arena off of him, used the leaf blower while riding him and he could care less. Monkey would look stunning under English tack and pulling a cart as well. We have ponied other horses off of him and used him to lead guided rides. He will cross water/logs/ditches etc and will go anywhere you point him. He has his whole life in front of him and endless potential. He is a true gentleman to have around and an absolute pleasure to own. Monkey stands 14.1hh and has a current pre-purchase exam. I cannot say enough about this hard to find, quality gelding.He is a one of a kind for sure and will make someone's dreams come true.
