Lusitano wie aus dem Märchen

This stunning 3.5-year-old Lusitano stallion, fully registered with APSL and of excellent pedigree, is seeking a wonderful new home!

Sire: 1.76 m, thoroughly licensed with distinction,  
Dam: 1.63 m, also from top-quality breeding.

Estimated final height approximately 1.63 m (16.1 hh), with the strong build of a classic Lusitano.

Temperament: Very people-oriented and affectionate, friendly and curious – social in a mixed herd, low in the ranks, and easy to handle.  
He is not a difficult young horse; as gentle as a gelding, and already forgiving if the handler makes a mistake.  
His temperament is perfectly balanced; he can be actively engaged but remains approachable. If no work is required, he is content to amble along peacefully. He is not a Lusitano that necessarily needs work to stay balanced, as he can become dull otherwise.

Training: Age-appropriate and gentle – familiar with lunging, groundwork, and has already been lightly backed, showing excellent cooperation.  
Of course, he is not yet trained daily or ridden regularly at this age!  
Very well-behaved for the farrier, loading, grooming, and daily handling.

Housing: He comes from our climate, was born in the Netherlands, and raised here in Germany.  
Properly bred, with peers and older horses, in an open stable with paddock trail and 24/7 turnout, always with free access to roughage.  
Well-socialized, properly fed, and mineralized.

Health: He has already undergone a thorough clinical pre-purchase exam and has good radiographs of his legs from summer.

He can remain a stallion or be castrated at the clinic upon request.

Further training and learning at my place are possible.

Important: I value his best possible home more than the price.

I am not a horse dealer and am selling him privately, as I simply cannot give enough time to four young horses.
