Foundation Oldenburg gelding seeking a forever home – looking for the perfect match

With a heavy heart, I am seeking a new home for my 16.1 hh Oldenburg gelding, who is a foundation-bred horse. He is an absolute treasure in handling (even with my 4-year-old daughter), fully herd-compatible (geldings’ herd), and a fundamentally good-natured fellow – a true buddy for any mischief.

Honest about his issues (transparency is important to me):

He has a diagnosed navicular condition. During his last clinical examination by an orthopedic specialist, he appeared in top shape, springy and perfectly balanced, but shows slight lameness under regular workload (trotting). Therefore, he is explicitly offered as a non-riding companion horse.  
Additionally, he currently reacts sensitively to dust (acute flare-ups triggered by Saharan sand and the stall’s proximity to fields). Clinical findings from the previous year (bronchoscopy and allergy testing) were completely unremarkable. This suggests that he could recover quickly if moved to a location away from intensive agriculture.

Temperament: Absolutely well-behaved, shoe- and load-in tolerant (barefoot), knows children,  

Insurance: He is currently covered under a surgical insurance policy (VTV). This contract may possibly be transferred to the new owner after consultation.

I am looking for:  
A place where he can simply be a horse – ideally in an open stable or as a companion, for example, for an elderly person. Unfortunately, I can no longer provide the environment he needs for his lungs at my current location (Tullnerfeld / fieldwork).  
The horse will be given away free of charge to a suitable home.

His inhaler and additional accessories can be taken over if desired. If genuinely interested, I look forward to receiving a message with a brief description of the new home. No traders!
