9-year-old professor suitable for introduction to sport

The horse has a shivering tendency in his right hind leg.  
This manifests as lifting the leg higher when cleaning the hoof; it is not visible in movement and has never worsened. It has never caused any issues.  
Currently, the horse is in recreational and light sport training.  
He previously competed up to 125 cm.  
At the moment, he is ridden by less experienced riders, but he is best suited for an adult rider or a well-versed child. He is at the level of a silver medal.  
I have owned him for 5 years; he has always been in good hands, well cared for, and healthy.  
He has never been ill or injured.  
He is well-behaved during all procedures.  
He is driven in a horse-drawn carriage and with a trailer.  
He rides alone in the field both on his own and with other horses.  
We are selling him due to a change in the stable’s profile towards recreational riding. We need to purchase a pony suitable for beginners learning to ride English.
