On behalf of the owner, I am looking for a suitable new home for the handsome Paint Horse gelding, born in 2019.

Trav, as I call him, is...
* attentive and eager to learn both in groundwork and under saddle,
* calm and strong-minded, even in the field. When he gets startled, he just flinches,
* people-oriented and affectionate,
* secure in all basic gaits,
* proficient in lateral movements, travers, backing up, forehand work, hindquarters work, positioning, and bending,
* familiar with pole work and trail riding.

Trav is currently being trained in a versatile manner, whether under saddle or from the ground. Until recently, he was shod in front. He is currently barefoot and doing great with his good hoof quality.
He is not a heaves horse, has no laminitis, and no respiratory issues.

Trav has a slight early-stage arthritis finding in both hocks (current X-rays available). This does not limit him at all.

Trav would be ideal for an ambitious leisure rider looking for a companion for healthy work in the arena or some fun in the field.
It would be perfect for him to have plenty of turnout with buddies, as he is very social and tends to have a lower rank.
Currently, he is kept in a paddock box. I can also imagine him very well in a pasture shelter.
