Amber is a gorgeous, athletic, and versatile mare with a big future ahead of her! Her bloodlines go back to Docs Hickory • Peppy San Badger • Freckles Playboy & Two Eyed Jack. She’s quick on her feet, tracks cattle with ease, and has been successfully used for sorting and penning. Started on the barrel pattern, she’s a great prospect for someone looking to finish her out as a performance horse—she loves to run and has the drive to excel. She is not finished on the pattern by any means but is started on it and knows the basics and shows tons of potential.

She’s also proven herself as a fantastic mother, foaling easily last year, and would make an excellent broodmare option. Out on the trails, Amber is confident and sure-footed, crossing creeks, logs, and obstacles without hesitation. She’s been to a large mountain/obstacle course and handled it like a pro. She is used to all types of animals and has been around dogs, sheep, rams, goats, rodeo bulls, mules, and cattle. She will be the first one to greet you in the pasture and is easy to catch. She has been turned out with a mixed herd and got along well with mares and Geldings.

Amber lopes a smooth, correct circle, picks up leads effortlessly, & performs flying lead changes. She’s forward, athletic, and best suited for an intermediate to advanced rider as she is quick on her feet and super athletic. She’s 100% sound, currently shod on all four, and ready to go to work.
