The granddam, BE Azorena, earned a jumping premium as a young horse, with excellent jumping marks of 9-9 and a total of 52.5 points. As a six-year-old, she qualified for the Breeders Trophy final and later competed with wins in 150-jumping classes, ridden by American rider Michael Williamson.
