Ivar is a brilliant performance trail horse - bred for speed, endurance and comfort. His 4-beat gait offers unrivaled smoothness and stamina, topping out over 20 mph.
Ivar would excel with an intermediate to advanced, avid trail rider, who has the confidence, skills and experience to fully engage his athletic abilities. He has a forward seeking nature, loves to move out and is incredibly responsive to light seat and leg cues - he appreciates calm, quiet hands.
