Looking for a broodmare with foal potential

I will keep it brief. I have been following the BBAG sales for years, especially the autumn auction, and I am aware that horses are sold at such prices—so please no debates on that. Additionally, I am looking for a sort of "2-in-1" package, so to speak. I also inquired a few years ago with Mr. Eulenberger at the sales office whether a foal is included in an auction purchase. However, I do not want to buy in the auction frenzy. I am a warmblood breeder, and the mare should be used for warmblood breeding. I assume that in the coming weeks, decisions will be made at the stud farms regarding which horses will be offered at the autumn auction. Perhaps someone wants to save on the entry fee and would sell to me at that price. 

My specific criteria are:  
- Pregnant mare  
- Max. 17 years old  
- Not a grey  
- The sire of the foal should not be a grey either  
- No typical thoroughbred injuries  
- I have friendly neighbors and cannot keep a lame horse in the paddock.  

I am not forcing anyone to sell at this price. I have been in the business for over 30 years and know that many thoroughbred owners consider themselves to be "better" horse owners... Anyone who responds rudely should be prepared for a harsh reply.
