Chrome ist ein aufrechter Wallach, der von Hollywood Cool Gun abstammt, einem direkten Sohn des NRHA Hall of Fame-Sires Colonels Smoking Gun (LTE: $177.670). Seine Mutter stammt von dem großartigen Custom Legend ($228.364), einem direkten Sohn des NRHA Hall of Fame-Sires Custom Chrome (LTE: $106.489). Mit einer Höhe von 15,1 hh und einem Gewicht von knapp 590 kg wirkt dieser Wallach in der Person massig und besitzt viel Struktur und Knochenbau.
Chrome ist ein ausgebildeter Head Horse, der bereits bei mehreren World Series-Rodeos sowie bei lokalen Jackpots in verschiedenen Bundesstaaten eingesetzt wurde. Von den Ozarks bis in den Westen, inklusive Winterjackpots in Arizona, hat er erfolgreich zu seinem Rope-Horse-Einkommen beigetragen. Zudem hat er einen Teil seiner Gewinne im Heel Side erzielt und kann mit Zeiten von 14 Sekunden bis in die 9er-Region mithalten. Dieser außergewöhnliche Wallach ist bereit, heute zu gewinnen.
Er wurde umfangreich im Ranch-Alltag eingesetzt, unter anderem beim Einholen, Sortieren, Kälberbehandlung, Kalbziehen usw. Er ist wirklich braven Gehorsam gewohnt und kennt die täglichen Anforderungen.
Dieser Wallach wurde in den beeindruckenden roten Felsen von St. George, UT, geritten, auf Trails in Missouri und kürzlich sogar über eine Hauptstraße zu einem nahegelegenen Round-Robin-Rodeo geführt, bei dem er den Sieg davontrug. Er ist ein echtes Vergnügen im Umgang und mit seiner Reining-Grundausbildung glauben wir, dass er in allen Ranch Versatility-Events hervorragend sein wird. Die Möglichkeiten mit Chrome sind endlos, und er ist bereit, Ihr nächstes Hauptpferd zu werden!

Chrome is a stand up gelding who is sired by Hollywood Cool Gun, who is a direct son of the NRHA Hall of Fame 14M sire, Colonels Smoking Gun (LTE; $177,670). His dam is by the great Custom Legend($228,364) a direct son of NRHA Hall of Fame 4M sire, Custom Chrome(LTE; $106,489).
Standing 15.1h and weighing close to 1300lbs, this gelding appears massive in person and has a ton of structure and bone.
Chrome is a finished head horse that has been hauled to several World Series ropings to backyard jackpots in a number of states. From the Ozarks to the West, including winters being jackpotted on in Arizona, he has successfully added earnings to his rope horse career. In addition, he’s won a fraction of his earnings on the heel side and can hold his own from the 14’s down to the 9. This is an exceptional gelding that is ready to win on today.
Chrome has been used extensively outside doing all aspects of ranch work including gathering, sorting, doctoring cattle, dragging calves, etc. He is true one hand broke and knows how to handle the day to day demands.
This gelding has been ridden in the beautiful red rocks of St. George, UT, to the trails of Missouri and even recently was ridden across a main highway to a near local round robin roping and ended up winning on him. He is truly a fun gelding to have around and with his reining foundation, we believe this gelding would excel in all of the Ranch Versatility events. The options are endless with Chrome and he is ready to be your next main mount!
