Er stammt von unserem AQHA Perlino-Hengst ab, aus einer Percheron-QH-Stute (die wir sogar selbst aufgezogen haben!). Er besitzt eine sehr liebevolle, ruhige und sanfte Natur mit vorbildlichen Manieren. Sein freundliches, anhängliches Wesen macht ihn zu einem ganz besonderen und angenehmen Begleiter. Honda ist sehr sportlich und besitzt eine solide Ausbildung. Er eignet sich sowohl als Trail- oder Familienpferd als auch als auffälliger Englisch-Anwärter! Als Trail- und Familienpferd ist er für Reiter aller Erfahrungsstufen eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Während seiner Ausbildungszeit war er viel in der Arena, aber hauptsächlich hat er draußen viele Kilometer zurückgelegt. Er ist gut vertraut mit verschiedenen Situationen im Gelände, überwältigt Ditches, Wasser, Baumstämme und alle Hindernisse! Auf Kommando legt er sich hin und setzt sich wieder auf, fast wie ein Golden Retriever! Er läuft schöne, gelassene Zirkel und wechselt mühelos die Führungen. Er hat einen weichen, kontrollierten Stop und macht richtige Wendungen. Er ist an Bälle, Planen und sogar Brücken gewöhnt. Er scheint alle Hindernisse und Trails sehr zu genießen! Honda wurde von Reitern aller Altersgruppen und Erfahrungsstufen geritten. Er ist selbstbewusst, bleibt aber freundlich zu neuen Reitern, was die Arbeit mit ihm sehr angenehm macht. Im Offenstall ist er sehr anhänglich, was das Einfangen erleichtert. Man kann ihn immer mit einer Halfterleine versehen und barfuß zum Stall reiten – er ist äußerst willig, gefallen zu wollen! Er kann auch ohne Gebiss, im Gelände, barfuß geritten werden! In englischer Ausrüstung würde er großartig aussehen und in vielen Disziplinen talentiert sein! Er steht gekreuzt angebunden und ist beim Putzen und Satteln ruhig. Er liebt Bäder! Beim Tierarzt und beim Hufschmied zeigt er sich ruhig und brav (er trägt Größe 1 Hufeisen). Ein aktueller Pre-Purchase-Check sowie ein negativer Coggins-Test liegen vor. Honda ist wirklich das Lieblingspferd in der Herde und bei der Familie. He is by our AQHA Perlino Stallion, out of our Percheron x QH mare (we even raised her too!). He has a very sweet, quiet, gentle disposition with excellent manners. That puppy dog personality makes him really special and enjoyable to be around. Honda is very athletic and has a solid foundation in training. He could go on as a trail/family horse or could be a flashy English prospect! As a trail and family horse, he is an excellent choice for any level of rider. During his time in training, he has spent a lot of time in the arena but has mainly been ridden lots of outside miles. He is well seasoned and has been exposed to many things on the trails. He will cross ditches, water, logs and even goes through all of the obstacles! He will lay down on cue and sit up like he's part Golden Retriever! He lopes nice, collected circles, easily picking up both leads. He has a nice soft stop and a correct turn around. He is well accustomed to the ball, the tarp, and even bridges. He really seems to enjoy all of the obstacles and going down the trails! Honda has been ridden by riders of many different ages and skill levels. He is confident while still being kind with new riders, making him a real pleasure to work with. He is a big pet when out in the pasture, which makes it incredibly easy to walk up and catch him! You can always put a neck rope on him and ride him bareback to the barn; he's that willing to please you! He will ride bridleless, bareback as well! He would look outstanding in English tack and could be talented in so many events! He stands cross tied and is quiet while being groomed and tacked up. He loves baths! He is quiet and well-mannered for the vet and the farrier (wears size 1 shoe). He has a current Pre-Purchase Exam on file and a negative Coggins.
