Double Dark Chocolate, “Coco” is a gorgeous 6yo Drum horse gelding. He is a big and very stout 15.3 hh and registered with NADHR. Coco has extensive experience trail riding in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. He is most happy riding down the trail with friends. He loves to take a swim on a hot summer day, crosses water with ease and walks over bridges. He has training in the area, w/t/c and knows his leads. He is responsive to cues, cluck to trot, kiss to canter, woah to stop. He has a big stop! More woah than go. My 11 year old enjoys riding him English in the arena and around the property, sometimes bridle less and bareback! I wouldn’t say he is totally beginner safe but in time will get there and is very easy going in familiar environments. Coco has training in and out of the arena including ground driving, ponying horses, and crossing water. He will get you noticed wherever you go. He is stunning! He has been trailered a lot and travels well. He loves every mare he has ever met and gets along well in an herd environment. Easy to load and unload. Always barefoot. Up to date on teeth, wormer, and vaccines. No maintenance or history of health issues. Coco comes with basic PPE completed.
