Preacher has been ridden all over the rough country of Arizona, he is sure footed, walks out on a loose rein and has no spook. If you’re looking for a confidence builder that stays quiet and calm out on the trail you can’t go wrong with Preacher. We have had all level of riders on him and he just follows along while in a group, ride him out alone or in a big group and Preacher will stay the same level headed guy he is!
Preacher has a puppy dog personality and really enjoys being around people. We have never had Preacher get fresh or sour. He currently is stalled but does play well with others in pasture, he is an easy keeper and is 100% sound. He loves to be groomed, he is great for the farrier, loads in a trailer easy and is quiet while tacking up.
Preacher has a fancy, slow lope, if you’re older and need a smooth ride Preacher is your guy! He has a nice jog, trot and lope, he neck reins, side passes, has a big and soft stop, and has a nice turn around! He catches both leads, you can ride him two handed or one! He has smooth roll backs and is a joy to ride and play around with in the arena!
Preacher has been roped off of a handful of times outside on the ranch and started in the arena! He is cowy and would make a phenomenal rodeo prospect!
Preacher is bred to be in the show pen and it wouldn’t take long to get him there! He has all the training!!!
Preacher also wouldn’t mind being a family horse and riding out on the ranch or in town! He can care less about busy traffic, barking dogs or bags. He is a super fun and an out going horse! Give him a ball to play with and he will keep busy all day!
