Short, chunky, and ready for any trail! Tater is a 10 year old quarter pony gelding standing just a tick below 14.2 hands. This boy has the sweetest personality ever! You could spend all day just brushing him and he wouldn’t move a muscle! Tater is a trail pony delux! He has seen more miles than your Polaris ranger and more miles on the road than your 1979 Chevy! From the black hills to the Smokey mountains Tater has been on NUMEROUS overnight camping trips. He is as sure footed and reliable as they come! He will cross mud, water, logs, ditches with ease. Load the saddle bags with as much as you can fit and go get lost in the woods he will go all day long and take care of you every step of the way. He has been rode to the local bars, been in parades, done some walk trot classes at the fun shows, and even some lessons! He is SAFE, SAFE, SAFE. Tater dosent have an extremely fancy handle but he is sure enough a point go stop and turn kind of guy making him the perfect for a beginner to learn on! He will lopes circles both ways and knows his correct leads. For little kids to learn on or an adult that just wants something short and chunky to get you back to the trailer after to many beverages this guy fits the bill! He is not barn or buddy sour. Very easy to catch, stands to be groomed, tacks up easy, loads good. Gets along with a mixed herd. No maintenance. Easy keeper. He is current on dental, wormer, and coggins!
